These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the tcv66 platform, including the website located at tcv66.io, all associated mobile interfaces, game content, betting markets, account services, and customer support channels (collectively, the "Platform"). By accessing the Platform, registering an account, making a deposit, or placing a bet, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and close your account. Continued use of the Platform following the publication of any amendment to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Access to and use of the tcv66 Platform is strictly restricted to individuals who are at least 21 years of age. By registering, you declare that you meet this minimum age requirement and that you are not subject to any court order, legal restriction, or self-exclusion arrangement that would prohibit you from gambling online. 21+ Only

tcv66 takes its age verification obligations seriously. We reserve the right to request official identity documentation at any stage — including but not limited to a National ID Card (NID), passport, or driving licence — to confirm your age and identity. Until satisfactory verification is received, your account may be suspended and deposits blocked from withdrawal.

• Minimum age: 21 years at the time of registration and at all times thereafter.
• Proof of age may be requested at registration, at first withdrawal, or at any time at tcv66's discretion.
• If age verification fails, any real-money balance may be returned to the original payment source and the account closed.
• Parents and guardians are responsible for preventing minors from accessing gambling platforms on shared devices.

To access real-money features of the Platform, you must register a single personal account. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, mobile number, and preferred payment method. You agree to update this information promptly if it changes.

One Account Policy: Each individual may hold only one active account on tcv66. Opening duplicate accounts — whether under the same name, mobile number, device, or payment method — is strictly prohibited. tcv66 employs technical and manual controls to identify duplicate accounts. Where duplicates are detected, all associated accounts may be permanently closed and any balances forfeited.

• Providing false registration information is grounds for immediate account termination.
• Account credentials (username and password) are personal and must not be shared with any third party.
• You are responsible for all activity conducted through your account, whether authorised by you or not.
• Corporate, trust, or joint accounts are not permitted on the Platform.
• tcv66 reserves the right to decline any registration application at its sole discretion without providing a reason.

All financial transactions on the tcv66 Platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). tcv66 supports deposits and withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, and BRAC Bank. Accepted payment methods are subject to change without prior notice; the current list is always displayed on the Platform at the time of transaction.

Deposits: The minimum deposit amount via mobile financial services (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) is ৳200. The minimum via bank transfer is ৳500. Deposits are credited to your account balance promptly upon confirmation from the payment provider. tcv66 does not charge a deposit fee, though your payment provider's own charges may apply.

Withdrawals: The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests require your account to be fully verified. tcv66 processes withdrawal requests within the timeframes published on the Platform. Withdrawals are made exclusively to a payment method previously used for deposit, or to a method verified in your name. tcv66 will not send funds to third-party accounts.

• tcv66 reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal.
• Deposits made in error cannot be reversed once credited to your game balance and wagered.
• Chargeback attempts will result in immediate account suspension pending investigation.
• tcv66 is not responsible for delays caused by the payment provider's own processing times.
• All transactions are logged and may be reviewed as part of anti-fraud and AML (Anti-Money Laundering) procedures.

tcv66 may offer welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free bet credits, cashback offers, tournament prizes, and seasonal promotions to eligible players. Each promotion is governed by its own specific terms, which will be clearly communicated at the time of the offer. In the absence of promotion-specific terms, the general rules set out in this section apply.

• Bonus funds are credited separately from real-money balances and carry wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn.
• Wagering requirements specify the number of times bonus funds must be played through before a withdrawal request can be submitted.
• Bonuses expire within the period specified in the individual promotion terms. Expired bonuses are forfeited without compensation.
• Only one bonus may be active at a time unless the promotion explicitly states otherwise.
• tcv66 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time if abuse, technical error, or breach of these Terms is suspected.
• Players who open multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times will have all bonus credits forfeited and accounts closed.

All bets and game sessions on tcv66 are subject to the rules of the individual game or betting market, as displayed within the game interface or sportsbook at the time of play. It is your responsibility to familiarise yourself with these rules before placing a bet. tcv66 is not liable for losses arising from a player's failure to understand game rules.

tcv66 uses certified Random Number Generators (RNGs) for all RNG-based casino games. Live casino game outcomes are determined by physical events in real-time studios operated by our game-studio partners including Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, and Ezugi. tcv66 does not manipulate game outcomes beyond the published Return to Player (RTP) rates.

• All bets are final once confirmed. tcv66 does not accept cancellation of bets after they have been placed and accepted by the system.
• In the event of a technical error during a game session, the round may be declared void and stakes returned.
• Maximum bet limits apply to certain games and may be adjusted at tcv66's discretion, including during promotional periods.
• Cricket betting markets follow standard sportsbook settlement rules. Markets are settled based on official match results from the relevant governing body (ICC, BCB, BCCI, etc.).
• In cases of dispute over game outcome or settlement, the server-side log maintained by tcv66 and the relevant game studio shall be the definitive record.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the tcv66 Platform. Any account found to be engaged in prohibited conduct will be subject to immediate suspension, permanent closure, and possible referral to relevant authorities where criminal conduct is suspected.

• Registering or operating more than one account on the Platform.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform or gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Collusion with other players to manipulate game outcomes or exploit bonus structures.
• Arbitrage betting or exploiting system pricing errors to guarantee profit without genuine risk.
• Money laundering or using the Platform to deposit, transfer, or withdraw funds of illegal origin.
• Providing false identity information or impersonating another person during the registration or verification process.
• Attempting to access, reverse-engineer, or interfere with any part of the Platform's software, servers, or security systems.
• Engaging in any conduct that harasses, threatens, or harms other players or tcv66 staff.

Where prohibited conduct is detected, tcv66 may void all bets placed during the period of violation, withhold any winnings or bonus credits, and pursue recovery of any amounts paid out in error as a result of the violation.

All content on the tcv66 Platform — including but not limited to the tcv66 brand name, logo, website design, game graphics, text, software code, and promotional materials — is the intellectual property of tcv66 or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, display, or create derivative works from any Platform content without the express prior written consent of tcv66.

tcv66 collects, processes, and stores your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your data as described in the Privacy Policy.

tcv66 uses your data to administer your account, process transactions, verify your identity, provide customer support, personalise your experience, and comply with applicable legal obligations including anti-money laundering (AML) and know-your-customer (KYC) requirements. We do not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to tcv66's international operating entity. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts or arbitration forum designated by tcv66.

Nothing in these Terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer under the laws of your country of residence, to the extent that such rights cannot be excluded or limited by contract.
